Potential scam using Google voice as a cover?

Hello, I'll keep this short. I keep receiving calls, usually 3+ times a day all from different numbers and the second I answer there's a prerecorded message that says something along the lines of "don't hang up the phone, we are calling because your business listing isn't showing on Google voice search, and customers cannot reach you." And then asks if I want to speak to someone. When I do, someone answers and asks if I'm already a member or would like to sign up. I ask which company they are with and they just say "voice search is the company". They keep using different numbers, some of which have come up on caller ID as other business and each number they call from has a local area code for where I'm at. It's infuriating and I want it to stop.

Side note; if anyone has any unethical pro tips I can use to get back at them if it's a scam, I'm all ears.
