Can someone find an android app that translates text on the screen, like if I look at a russian food menu or something it translates it. NO BS NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. I think translators should be free for everyone, not a privilege for those who pay expensive subscriptions.

I've been ice skating 16 years and never found anything else as fun as it until I found roller blades. Where would you reccomend to get roller blades online? I live in a small town without a lot of options. I obviously wear adult size, size eleven rentals fit me fine.
