My Legion 5 Pro came in last week and I love it. However, I started to notice that my panel has a bit of white uniformity (it’s only slightly but still..). So I was wondering if you guys face the same issue or whether I should return it?

Bought my first plant ever. I love her/him but don‘t understand why some of the leaves look like this (pic no1). Also, the soil doesn‘t seem to get dry (8days since last watering). Plant gets indirect sunlight, temperatures are normal (18 celsius <) and I don‘t think I‘ve overwatered the plant.
